  • Understand the customer’s business drivers and how to map these to a Logical Front solution
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites and live/online events as needed
  • Define solution options and articulate the benefits of Logical Front offerings
  • Assist sales with written and verbal responses to technical questions
  • Refine and research technical requirements of each sales opportunity by working closely with customers in the design and implementation of Logical Front solutions
  • Setup proof of concept environments to demonstrate to potential customers the value of Logical Front solutions
  • Build bill of material configurations and statements of work on potential sales opportunities
  • Ensure that customer environments are prepared for the solution
  • Act as an interface between the Sales organization and technical staff to resolve outstanding issues
  • Assist in installation and troubleshooting when necessary
  • Maintain a broad-level of knowledge of industry trends and how Logical Front solutions add value
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned


  • S. in an Information Technology Specialty, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years Windows desktop/server and virtualization experience required
  • Advanced understanding of Windows Server OS technologies and administration and of internetworking, including new products and solutions, both cloud and on-premise
  • Experience with desktop virtualization, data storage, backup/DR solutions, and/or previous sales engineering experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and manage expectations with senior stake-holders and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay organized without supervision
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to a broad range of external audiences (staff and C-Level) and articulate the business benefits and technical advantages of Logical Front offerings
  • Problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Team focused, with the ability to gain the personal support of others
  • Available for limited travel
